Licence

All the software available on www.eco-software.org is provided pursuant to the following licence agreement:

1. The user is allowed to use our software for non-profit - primarly for education and research in ecological modelling - purposes. In particular, our software must not be included as part of any commercial software package or product of the user or its institution.

2. The user of our software is not allowed to distribute or sell the software to third parties. People interested in getting our software should always download the most recent versions from www.eco-software.org.

3. Our software is provided without expressed or implied warranty. The Environmental Informatics section of the University of Oldenburg disclaims all warranties with regard to the software available here, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. In no event the provider shall be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this software.

4. The Environmental Informatics section of the University of Oldenburg has no obligation to provide any maintenance or consulting help with respect to the software.

5. German Law is applicable. Hamburg is the court of jurisdiction.
